Frequently asked questions:
1) Where is my order?
Please wait between 3- 5 working days after ordering for your delivery to arrive, you will receive an email with a UPS or DHL tracking number included. Please ensure you have checked your spam folders for this email. If your order has not arrived within this time and you have not received a UPS or DHL tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2) My bottle of 44°N has arrived but it got broken in transit. What should I do?
Please email email@example.com attaching your original order confirmation and pictures of any damage incurred including shipment packaging within 2 days of receipt of delivery. You will receive further instructions from our Customer service team and any credit due will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
3) I was out when my delivery came, will you try and re deliver my parcel?
UPS or DHL will try to deliver your parcel three times to the original address provided. After a third unsuccessful attempt, UPS or DHL will return your bottle to the distillery and payment will be credited to your card.
4) I need to amend the address for my parcel before delivery, how can I do this?
Unfortunately, once your bottle of 44°N is out for delivery, it’s not possible to amend the delivery address.
5) Have you received my returned bottle?
We recommend that you send your items to Comte de Grasse using a tracked or proof of posting number to ensure that it reaches us as unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for lost packages. We will email you once we receive your returned items and we will credit your account within 14 days.
If you have not heard back from us within 14 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with date and proof of purchase and we will be able to assist you.
6) How do I buy a bottle of 44°N?
Visit www.Comtedegrasse.com, click through to the 44°N section of the website and click the “Buy now” section from the 44°N page on our website and enjoy!
7) Can I amend my order?
You can amend your order up to the point of “Confirm and pay” but after this point unfortunately you won’t be able to make amendments to your order.
8) I just ordered but decided I want a second bottle, can I add this to my order?
At the moment an additional order would have to be two separate orders.
9) 44°N is out of stock, what can I do?
Panic and email us at email@example.com and we will be able to let you know when it will be available again but please do check the website regularly.
10) Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to mainland Europe, Canada, Asia, and most continents excluding mainland USA.

12) Can I get a refund?
It may be possible for us to offer a refund if your bottle has been broken in transit (see point 2) but please note we can’t offer a refund in other circumstances.
13) My app isn’t working
In the first instance, please delete your existing app and re download it from the Apple store. If the problem persists, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
